CaseLynx SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in, you agree to receive business text messages from CaseLynx, Inc. under these terms. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, and reply HELP for help.

1. The CaseLynx Messaging Program

CaseLynx, Inc. ("CaseLynx," "we," "us," or "our") runs a medical-legal marketplace that connects defense law firms and insurance carriers with physicians for Compulsory Medical Examinations (CMEs), Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), and medical record reviews. Through our text messaging program (the "Program"), we send text messages (SMS/MMS) to physicians, law firms, and insurance carriers about their business with us.

The Program is for business contacts only. It is not directed to consumers.

2. How You Consent

You join the Program by doing one of the following:

• Checking the consent box on a CaseLynx web form that links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

• Giving written or electronic consent in a signed agreement or onboarding form

• Texting a keyword to our number

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you gave us, and that you agree to receive recurring text messages from CaseLynx at that number, including messages sent with automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service or of joining our physician panel. You can use CaseLynx without opting in to texts.

3. Message Types, Frequency, and Cost

Message types. Depending on your role, you may receive:

• Case and scheduling messages: new case offers, examination and appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes

• Account and billing messages: report and document availability, invoice and payment notices

• Service updates, and occasional informational or promotional messages about CaseLynx services

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your account and case activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. CaseLynx does not charge for texts.

No medical records by text. We do not send or ask for protected health information, medical records, or case documents by text. Please do not send them to us this way. Case materials move through our secure platform.

4. Opting Out and Getting Help

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also use the words END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will send one confirmation text, and then no further messages unless you opt back in. You can also email us at the address in Section 7. Opting out of texts does not close your CaseLynx account, and we may still contact you by email or phone about your cases.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the email address or number in Section 7.

Opt back in. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or give us consent again through any method in Section 2.

5. Carriers and Your Responsibilities

The Program works on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and signal, and we cannot guarantee it.

Tell us promptly if you change or give up your mobile number, so that someone else does not receive messages meant for you. Keep your number current in your CaseLynx account.

6. Privacy, Changes, and Governing Law

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy at [Privacy Policy URL] explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes. We may update these Terms or change the Program. We will post the new version here and change the date below. If you keep receiving messages after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
